Trevon Miller a 15 Yr Old Teen Police Say Raped A Woman At Gunpoint
Auburndale, Florida – Police responded to a single family residence on 4/9/2015 at 4:04am to a reported armed burglary. The suspect entered the home through an unlocked back door and encountered one occupant who was doing laundry. The suspect,armed with a handgun, forced the occupant into a closet, that occupant remained in the closet out of fear. The suspect went to a bedroom where he found an adult female sleeping. He pointed the handgun at her head and demanded that she undress, then sexually battered her. The occupant who was forced into the closet came into the bedroom and began yelling, the female victim began screaming to call 911, the suspect then fled the residence.
Police arrived and learned the female victim had met the suspect on a prior occasion and knew his identity. His description and identity were immediately given to responding units. A Polk County Sheriff’s Office K-9 Deputy spotted the suspect fleeing a short distance from the residence and was apprehended by his K-9 partner at 4:11am. The suspect suffered minor injuries from the K-9 apprehension and was treated at a local hospital then released to police. A black BB pistol was recovered by police where the suspect was apprehended.

Police are not releasing the victim’s names or the location of the attack due to the nature of the crime. The suspect arrested is Trevon Miller 15, DOB 09/19/1999, Ernest Drive, Auburndale, FL.
The suspect is charged with:
-Armed Burglary with Assault/Battery – Felony Life
-Armed False Imprisonment – Felony 2nd degree
-Sexual Battery with Threat of Force – Felony 1st degree
